Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Good location, but lacking cleanliness
4.3
Quiet street away from the main road. Great value hotel. Cleanliness could be better; sheets not changed throughout duration of five-day stay.

First time staying in this hotel. Its located off the main Soi. Good location with a handful of Japanese restaurants just next to the hotel. Rooms are of decent size and clean. Staff are helpful and nice. Will stay here again.

A bang for your buck
2.7
We were given free upgrade to Presidential Suite as they messed up requests, because we were a big group which needed 5 rooms on the same floor. Ample time was given to make that happen. Presidential suite was alright. Down side was that the air con is spoilt. Spewing hot air. 2 air con units for a room, one for bedroom, another for the living room, living room was spoilt and the bedroom one was filled with hot air. Thailand is already a hot and humid country. They refused refunds as well. So I went to another hotel.

Efficient place
6.7
Very cozy room, but make sure that you have a room with a view, as some rooms have next building just 2 meters away from window, so not much sunlight is coming in such room

Great location Good value
6.3
Location is just 7 minutes walk to Phnom Phong BTS and Emquartier Shopping Centre. Decent room size, good water pressure, quiet (4th floor), air conditioning could be too cold if not adjusted properly. Staff are friendly. Never tried their free breakfast but expect it to be very basic as they also offers an upgrade for THB200 for full continental breakfast. For the price paid during Songkran, it's a value for money. Tops supermarket 3 minutes away really an added convenience. Free Wi-Fi (2 login account per room) works great.

Good location

Good location right next to busy Sukhumvit rd. The alley it is located on is quiet and tucked away but just a few minutes walk to the BTS line. Staff is very nice. Hotel seemed very quiet. Breakfast is basic. The rooms are clean.

Reasonable, quiet location
4.7
Staff very pleasant and cheerful. Located in a small side street two streets back from the main noisy Sukhumvit Road and less than 5 minutes from Phrom Plong BTS station. Our room was next to the lift but during our stay didin't notice any lift or people noise. View was of building opposite so kept the curtains drawn most of the time. Air con, water pressure and temperature were good as was bed size and quality. Two free water bottles per day was nice. TV was a wall-mounted LCD unit that could take USB thumb drives and played AVI files with no problem. Only one access card was provided which was a little inconvenient. The included light breakfast was self-made coffee (from instant coffee granules) and tea (from tea bags) with toast. Tried it once. We had to leave mid-way through our booking and asked for a refund by ringing Agoda. They asked the hotel and the reply was that the hotel would deduct one night as a fee. Reasonable though a little high I suppose especially as March is not high season.

Walking distance to BTS and shopping mall. The location is great. Hotel room is quite small, and facilities are not new. The staff are also good.
