Good location with cosy rooms
The rooms were small but not cramped and the location was great
Travelled to HK to visit the sights and we were looking for a place close to transport links but not costing the earth. Being a new hotel, everything was clean and new. The staff were friendly and helpful and the tram stop was just outside, with a short walk round the corner for the underground. The rooms were cosy, but well designed and never felt cramped and we enjoyed our stay. Note however, there's no view and being located near the fish markets, you do get a bit of a smell when you leave the hotel, but this isn't a problem inside.

Good sized rooms in a small hotel.
Location, price, cleanliness, staff
staff were great (not 5-star but then not paying 5-star prices). very sharp. location near central is fantastic, about 5 mins walk to the end of hollywood rd. therefore 30 mins right into the thick of the nightlife / art galleries. also proximity to the airport express terminal (central) is great, 5 min cab ride then 25 mins to the airport. hotel is totally acceptable for the price – rooms are larger than the photos illustrate – and while the modern interior design is a tiny bit dated, the rooms are well appointed, spacious enough and everything works as expected. if staying in town on business travel for a few days, having the japan home store, hsbc bank, park & shop, watsons etc.all 1-2 min walking distance means travel essentials can easily and cheaply be picked up / replaced.

very close to central compaired to other hotels
kitchenett with fridge microwave some dishes larger room then most in the area, tram right outside to take you to central or any where on the main island. if you like dried fish you are in the famous dried fish neighborhood. if you do not like that smell try to take the tram and not have to walk to the subway. very stinky
nice front desk staff. english is great. close to everything by tram. central, ifc shopping, soho famous longest moving walkway in the world, outside goes to all the great restaurants. good price. kitchenette for your yogurt or any other breakfast you want. no breakfast provided at the hotel. no pool. so you really only want this hotel for convenience and price. it's clean and larger then most hotels in the area. we had the sad event of loosing a passport and the front desk staff did all they could to help us find the police station, make print outs etc.

Good Location and Large Rooms
Large Rooms, Good location if you are familiar with taking the trams and buses
Rooms was huge by HK standards, about twice as big as a normal HK boutique hotel room. However space was not well used and there was a lot of wasted empty floor space. Given that it's a serviced apartment, we felt that it would have been better if a sofa bed had been provided instead of just the small built-in 'sofa'.

Great service, clean and spacious rooms
Clean room, great service, spacious rooms
The hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming. They even gave us a free upgrade to a suite, which was effectively a 2-bedroom apartment. Looking at the floor plan for the standard rooms, they seem larger than other hotels in Hong Kong. The rooms were clean and had sufficient number of amenities e.g. water boiler, ironing board, wifi, complimentary water. Location wise, it isn't perfect in that you have to take a bus / tram from Sheung Wan MTR to get to the hotel. Nonetheless as it is located fairly near Central, which means that you can easily take a bus / tram to Central directly. Overall, this hotel is great for shopping trips as all you need is a clean and spacious room to sleep in at the end of the day. This hotel fits the bill perfectly.

great deal in Hong Kong
large room and beds, kitchenette
I live in Hong Kong and I booked this hotel for my parents, who were visiting from the U.S. and they loved it. They were impressed with the large spacious room, the fact that there was a kitchenette, and they said the beds (king-size bed comprised of two twin beds pushed together) were very comfortable. I visited them there during their stay and was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and size of it having checked out other hotels in Hong Kong and seeing how tiny some other hotel rooms are in comparison.
