Had a nice stay there

Nice stay, free coffee/hot chocolate, good aircon
7.7
I stayed there for 2 nights in two different kind of rooms. I'd suggest you book for a deluxe room as the standard room is too small and they got no desk and chair for you. The wifi there is quite fast however it kept disconnecting and you need to type in the hotel's username and password for many times. Free coffee and hot chocolate is great. A little bit out of town but not too difficult to find transportation. Overall it isn't a bad stay.

Close to mall, bus station, modern and clean

This hotel is a good stay for your first couple of days in Chiang Mai. A short walk to a mall with a very good Vietnamese restaurant. Behind the mall is the bus station with the little red transit trucks into town. The hotel is clean, modern, but no elevator (no biggie). A few English stations on cable TV, nice bathroom and 24 hour coffee/tea available in the lobby. There is a warning about the cost of damaging anything in the room, so maybe they have had some bad experiences before. Desk help has limited English, but will go out of their way to help.

Very Nice Modern Clean New Hotel

Friendly staff, Good prices, Hip Decor

I stayed at this hotel on a few different trips to Chiang Mai, and enjoyed the experience. All the staff are polite, friendly, good-looking young people with reasonable English skills. The cleaning staff also are friendly. A good benefit offered is the free use of the hot water urn, with instant coffee, available 24 hours in the lobby. The design is modern, techno, industrial, with exposed concrete walls and colorful accents. The bed, flat screen TV, and refrigerator, are all new and good quality. Shower stall had decent water pressure. It's located just off the service road next to Highway 11, which is an outer ring road encircling the city. You can walk about 3 minutes to reach a small shopping plaza which contains McDonalds, Subway, 7-11, drug store, etc. Just beyond the plaza is the bus station. The historic walled part of the city, as well as the night market, is about 3 miles away, so you will need transportation to get there, the easiest choice is to rent a motorbike, but you can also hop onto a red pickup truck with bench seating in the pickup bed, and it will cost around 20 baht per person one way.

Nice Deluxe green room

Chic design, fast check-out, near many malls

Stayed in a green Deluxe. Looks like each room has different color. Chic design in Lobby, staircases (no elevator), a little garden but room is so so. Cement long table in room: not luxury but having many space for luggage. Cement walls in bathroom so I can see toothpaste marks of previous guests near the mirror. 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face towels. 2 free bottles of water. Bed is too soft to my liking. We walked to the left to eat at Star Avenue. Many restaurants here, very new and not expensive. A bus station is there too. Hotel is near the new Central Festival, BigC, Index Living Mall.... but you might need taxi. Hotel is next to a highway and I can't find an overhead crossing bridge. Check out is very fast. She said ok after asking if I used anything in the minibar. Staff didn't check the room. Good price for a good hotel.
