Great location and facilities. Loved having the balcony
On arrival the transfer from airport was good which was arranged through 7seasons. Check in was good and we were taken to our apartment. Nice spacious apartment with all facilities. Balcony was great to sit on as weather was hot. View not great but what can you expect in the middle of a city. Location was fantastic you walk out the door into the heart of it all. We did open top bus tours which we found was a great way to see everything. Very enjoyable 5 night stay.

Nice flat but bad cleanîng
Great staff, location, flat size but on a 6 day rental, bed Sheet were never changed and flat cleaning was disappointing at best. I think they sub contract maintenance this the low quality cleaning.

Excellent location, terrible bed
Fantastic location for walking and seeing all the sights. The room was large and more than adequate. Unfortunately the bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever. I have travelled through Asia, South Pacific and South America. This was the worst. So thin and pillows were like dolls pillows. I ended up sleeping on the couch. No instructions for the washer but you can look it up on the net. No dishwasher soap. No plug for the kitchen sink. Instructions for the safe in the book are wrong. Staff are very helpful and their English is excellent . I arranged a ride to the bus and the driver was very friendly, on time and clean van. If not for the horrible bed I'd recommend it. But no fun when you have to eat Advil for breakfast.

Wonderful place so much nicer than a hotel you have with the cilities such as a friendly staff we can help make reservations, recommendations at cetra. So much nicer than the cookie cutter chain hotels that all have the same room

Horrible , Termites, Bad cleaning , Cheap IKEA
I am someone who doesn't write bad reviews but here it is a must.I recently stayed 16 nights in room 505 bloc B, pretty calm except noisy neighbors. Day 1 wanted to use the washing machine of course it didn't work, i didn't complain much there is a place where you can do laundry downstairs. Day 2 : Insects in the bathroom, so i didn't make a big deal about it and got rid of it. Day 3 : Insects again near bed, and now i complained asked for new bedding for 3 times, every time they say yes and then of course they didn't change them, so the 4th day i complained also got few nods and nothing happened ,at one point i felt they didn't understand what that kind of insect is is, eventually they treated the ground with a product. Bedding: -The bed is uncomfortable IKEA bed, that makes noises by just moving in or turning from side to side. which kind of broke on day 13 and a handy man came in to fix it Pillows 50 x 50 cm you can find in IKEA for 2-3 euro each. The mat is very soft would so it might be a problem for people with back pain. Quality of sleep, if those were not enough, the curtains can 't stop the day light from coming in outside even when closed, In 16 nights stay, i got only 2 times change of bedding apparently as they claim Hungary law states that bedding changes once on the 6th day as they claim i am sure that s the least requirement and of course as low cost as they are they would go for that. One day i asked for a change of bedding, they said i want more then change it once every 6 days i have to pay for that change. Moving on the CLEANING, by no mean i blame the cleaning ladies, in 16 th days i took picture of 1 cm thickness of dust in few places stayed there for my entire stay. The bad cleaning comes from the agency that runs this place, low cost i think the cleaners have to do the cleaning very fast , minimal cleaning. The apartments aren t always close to one another so they have to do a lot of jumping between blocs and floors so cleanin

great location and great size studio apartment.
The kitchen chair had and bad smelland had not been wiped down. The fridge was very noisy, though when I made an comment to reception they first ask if I would like to change rooms then said an maintenance person would look at it that day which was good customer service. The only suggestion is the window/doors be made sound proof as you could people all night which would wake me up.

comfortable, clean, and good site.
But there is one thing I wanna suggest, it took us very long time when fill in datasheet in the check in process, especially you must have our Eng address, it usually takes people quite long time if you demand such info from people who don't use English in their country. I suggest you to offer such electronic datasheet before guest check in, to save more time, while people are exhausted and waiting for check in after a long journey. You took us the longest time when we check in in the journey, among 6 hotels in 3 countries.
