Not worth the money
Location
Almost nothing to choose for breakfast. Charge customer for dirty pillow cover. Soft drink in refrigerator is not free as advertised. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I have to extend my stay in this hotel due to a coming shipment to this address. However the experience in this hotel was not a good one. In my booking, it stated that the soft drink or beer is free. In the Lift it shows that soft drink is free, and they charged me for the soft drink I used in the room until I argue with them base on the hotel voucher, and then they pay the money back. After paying money back, they say that one of the pillow cover in the room was dirty, and I need to pay for that. It is just a little money, 200,000vnd (about US$9.00), but should a 4-star hotel charge its customer for a dirty pillow? And I really dont know where the dirt come from, of if it was there before we check in to the room. But I did paid for the charge just because my time to debate is more valuable than 9$.

Best Hotel
We are very satisfide with this hotel. There is only one problem, the rooms are much to small. Totaly no place for your lugage.j
