A bit dated
Location is lovely, art gallery is great, spa tub size was great. The establishment is just starting to show it's age and the mattress was a bit hard for my liking. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful

Both restaurant and cafe need to wash their dished better. Internet did not work at indoor pool area which was disappointing as I came there to study while my small kids were swimming. All my study material was online and could not be accessed. I specifically went away this weekend to give the kids a holiday and finish a chapter or 2 of my work, which did not happen. The kids had fun and I now need to catch up. Staff were amazing and friendly all the time.

Only wifi in hotel lobby
In today's age WiFi needs to be accessible anywhere within the resort's grounds - outside and inside any room. Only having 30 mins access per day/device is unacceptable. Also, the door handle to one of our toilets was half broken, baby cockroaches in the kitchen, no laundry powder (which other places provide), unclear/noisy phone and bad TV setup due to the incorrect aspect ratio and regular signal problems. Nice view of the ducks from our balcony though! :)

Was a pretty good hotel with big gardens and pool that lead to the beach

Not great
The rooms are old fashioned and dark, the small hairdryer was not even attached to the wall and access from the car park is not easy. The breakfast in the cafe was expensive and average quality. Overpriced for the quality of room.

Wonderful weekend getaway
Size of the in room spa/tub. 3 different pools and all the amenities. Express checkout option
The room was a little dated but comfortable and well set out. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Having the choice of pools was amazing. Dinner buffet was a bit pricey, as was the charge for room service but the breakfast buffet was delicious. The walk to the beach was very appealing and the duck pond was beautiful at night. Our refrigerator didn't work and our TV didn't recognise my USB device so I couldn't watch movies.
