dirty, found hair under my pillow, next to main street, very noisy, waited more than 40 mins in the morning only for a very easy breakfast, really disappointed, this is the worst b&b i have ever lived in,the only good point is location, but dublin is very small city,i would rather have booked a relatively far but nice place, strongly not recommended, and will not come again

Our stay was pleasant as it has a homely feeling to it. The room was clean & their staffs were friendly.

Good location, good breakfast, friendly service.

Great place to stay for the price. Good breakfast but the room we stayed in didn't have wifi. Had to use in reception area. Apparently most other rooms have it though. Easy walking distance to train and buses, shopping and sights.

Location is good, it is easy to find as there are so many hotel around. Room is small and screen of TV is small too. But it is hard to ask for more because of the price.

very nice place, friendly service

cleanliness, comfort, accommodating staff

i very much enjoyed my stay here. i took the double room, which was very spacious, including a spare bed which is always handy to put things on! tea and coffe facilities in the room. en suite toilet and shower very clean and fully functioning. heater in the room, but not a naturally cold room anyway. serviced daily as well from what i could tell when i returned each day, and fresh towels given. only downside is breakfast (full irish or continental or both!) doesnt begin until 8 30 which is quite late, but when i explained i have to leave before that time every morning they were happy to prepare it a little earlier for me which is nice. nice little b and b.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: just 2 mins walk from o'connell street and the spire etc.

Unreasonable small size

Good location

The room is very small with an unresonable small size of toilet. Except the location otherwise I won't recommend this hotel to others. The price also not reasonable compare with such kind of mini room.

Basic facilities, but location is perfect. Its a short walk from the city centre. Buses ply the route very frequently, so if you familiarise yrself with the route numbers, you're set for some cheap and easy transportation. In fact, the airport bus stop is right across the street in front of the hotel. Worth a mention: Friendly staff! The front desk guy was very obliging when I requested for lower floor rooms and went out of his way to give us rooms which I'm sure was nicer than what we had paid for.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Places to visit: Guiness House. Places NOT to visit: The Wax Museum was a let-down!
