I got transferred to a lower star hotel without notification upon check in.
The hotel I was transferred to was terrible. It was very old and dirty. It was called the Plaza hotel. The staff was rude and the food at the restaurant was stale and spoiled. I had no positive thing to say about this hotel other than its location.

Location is very near to Sheraton.
Good and very neat & clean / new rooms - there is one indian restaurant in this hotel - but there is no standard menu available - there is no standard rate for the items as well - If Indian food is required , it is better to book atleast one day in advance - also to ensure the rate before ordering. I have ordered the same menu on two successive days - rates very different. Even though fridge is available in the room they do not provide complementary water bottle (which is normally provided in other hotels - one bottle per day of stay ).

close proximity - near to business area
value for money - friendly staff. However, breakfast is not up to the mark. In land telephone chrges ( in room service) are more . It is better to purchase one local SIM card to make business calls. Room service take more time, more than one hour , even to serve a coffee. In general this hotel is worth for the rate
