Good room and location, annoying elevators
Very good breakfast with swell view, location within walking distance of attractions, welcome drink, mini-fridge

the open cage lifts are historic and fun, but the swinging saloon-type doors try to trap you, coming and going. in our room the bidet was not working and the wifi took a bit of effort to get going. the staff were accommodating when we asked for a late checkout, and the location is ideal for access to shopping, tram transportation, late night cafes, and drinkies liquor store.
