Location, on the Nile

Really nothing

Excellent location, with a magnificent view from the terrace, overlooking the Nile. Rooms are great in bungalow style and clean, bathroom is a bit simple. Breakfast is good (buffet), someone cooking omelets (not every day), much else to choose from. Dining is Aswan, if not in the hotel (which is inside and did not look great), can be a bit difficult, nearby are only three restaurants; “Emy” is cheap but not very clean (we had stomach problems afterwards), “Salah ed-Din” is not expensive and acceptable, “Aswan Moon” is the best, good food and good prices, the staff is joking all the time (may be too much for some people), and this restaurant does not serve alcohol. But Isis hotel itself is a great hotel with an excellent location. Recommended.

Restaurant Tip : Dining: Aswan Moon

Location, pool, clean pleasant room

Manager

A good quiet budget hotel on the Nile River bank. Good breakfast, clean room, pleasant pool. Irritating Manager ("Aren't I a great Manager etc.) He was very embarassed by a bed which collapsed in our room when sat on....and it took hours to fix it. Otherwise, a quiet clean cheap location. Don't recommend the Italian restaurant (half of the menu not available, air con not cold)

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Wandering through the Nubian village on Elephantine is interesting and there is a back entrance into the Movenpick hotel opposite Kitchener Island along the river bank. From there you can walk through the hotel and catch their free shuttle boat back across the Nile.

Beds a bit too hard. They have a great Italian coffee machine but coffee was not great unfortunately. High cost of internet.

Loved our stay here. Very pretty setting beside the Nile. Great pool and poolside areas with fabulous views over the nile. Very friendly and helpful staff. breakfast ( Included in cost ) was fantastic. Rooms comfortable and private in a pretty garden setting. Nice Hot showers and pleasant ensuite. Good location very close to Train Station and market areas.

Not far to the downtown.

At the swimming pool, personnel not always correct in their behavior.

I have been a week at this hotel and I think that there is a good relationship among the price and the service. Certainly this hotel is not new but it is very comfortable for its position on the "cornish" shore of the river Nile. The restaurant is not very good but good dishes of local kitchen to the restaurant can be eaten "panorama" on the cornish.

Overall, this hotel is good value for the money paid simply because of location - very central.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure you check out the Souk and have tea in the Sunset Lounge, just beautiful.

Ideal situation, comfort, the swimming pool, and helpful staff.

Breakfast was not varied enough. Hardy any possibility to have dinner. The restaurant was closed.

The Isis Hotel in Aswan is a good choice for its good situation, you can reach nearly all interesting places on foot. After a tiring day, you can have a swim at its marvellous pool. You have the possibility to hire a boat from the hotel and have a tailor-made tour on the Nile. As the hotel is centrally located, a lot of restaurants are easily accessible in a couple of minutes.

Travel tip : We went and visited the villages around the Nile by bike around the end of January. Great!

Being located centrally, in the warm pool along the Nile.

The rooms are neglected and the bathroom is very clean and must-renewing.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, near the Nile, opposite the souks and not far from the railway station consists of bungalows spread out over several terraces and surrounded by little gardens, has a beautiful swimming pool with deck and free towels, from which to enjoy the view of the sunset also excellent breakfast buffet, on request also available for free to take away. Unfortunately the hotel has seen better days: today is vecchiotto and cleaning is not accurate, too bad.

The best view from the pool and restaurant.高Kunaku the price, in response to me how the staff are very friendly. Now more pleasant memories of Aswan.

The company will tour in the hotel will require a very high price now being rushed care and have no time and no space.

The location is excellent, and elegant過Gosemashita a day in the pool or a meal or watching the sunset in Furuka floating in the river Nile. Front is only available in English, they lent me a set time to check several times in a very nice, how's it feel between me and you and me know. The hotel seems to give me泊Maritai this hotel again.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Crosses to the other side about 5 pounds, riding a camel is a very good 30 from there he climbed the hill where the views of minutes. Camel had been elated by 35 pounds. So please come aboard the good memories.

The distance from the center. And 'the only hotel on the corniche overlooking the Nile. Well kept garden. Nice pool. Fine all rooms facing the pool.

Not all the rooms on the air conditioner works well. However you change the room without problems.

Hotel Feature Tip : E 'in the middle of the long Aswan corniche, between the center and the Nubian Museum.

which is great: the location of the hotel: the Nile ... the heart of the city with its swimming pool .. and dining room very arable Ainis his staff!

For cons the reception staff was not very cooperative to render little services of order: buy billetsd train etc. ...

We went to several cities in Egypt and Aswan is that we chose! AND your hotel contributes to this choice! of its location and the quality of its services: swimming pool and staff and location in the city of Couer ...

Travel tip : Naousa Vons loved the rides felopuques su r Nile; the ride in the Elephantine Island, the Temple of Philae, the souk ...

Good location of the hotel in the heart of town. The reception manager was friendly.通Jinakatta just any Japanese. Staff were all friendly.

The room was satisfactory, and I feel a bit old. It does not contain anything from the refrigerator first, I wanted to keep it so long as the water from a hot place. In a power outage did not use the Internet.

This is a very insecure person at one of the first trip, get some kind corresponds to the front desk manager, who has proposed a tour to Abu Simbel from Aswan High Dam and the exchange and hotels. I just picked up at all Japanese, I thought things could not be通Jimasen a little English.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Early morning tour to Abu Simbel temple in three local development more efficient semi-good at 9:45 in the morning departing for a stay. A little rest, you can make a tour to the ruins of the Aswan High Dam and Philae Gara afternoon. The show may light up at night. Could you draw a pattern on a limb with henna dye across the island and visit the ruins of Felucca sailing the Nile in Erefantine. This will disappear within a few days.
