Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. Nice view and atmophere around the hotel with river Nile. Boating to the hotel was very joyful.
Unkindness of some of the service members at the restaurant.
Hotel Pyramisa Isis Island in Aswan, Egypt has a very beautiful landscape around river Nile. Especially it was great to enjoy atmosphere outdoor at night. In two years, I with my wife will visit Aswan and try to stay at this hotel again in order to have a vacation. I personally like this kind of hotel has a nice view and recommend to my friends. Absolutely good!

- Clean, neat and quiet.
- Breakfast box in the morning was nice.
- Walking distance to McD's.
- Ferry ride back'n'forth made it more fun.
- Travel desk not professional.
We enjoyed our stay here. Was first time user of Agoda so a little sceptical, but everything went fine without a hitch. We walked from the train-station with very light luggage. About 15 to 20 mins walk. Ferry ride back'n'forth was free and frequent enough (we had to wait for maybe a max of 5 mins on one occassion). Also ferry guy was not insistent on tips etc. Gladly took what we offered and sometimes for short trips across, we did'nt give anything at all. (A lot of people were NOT offering any tips as well). About the room: was nice, clean & neat. Also since it was on this island away from traffic, it was very quiet which we liked. In the morning they made us a breakfast box (breakfast was included in the price) which had various items that lasted us for a good part of the morning. The items looked clean and healthy and we gladly chomped on them. Also only about 10mins walk to McD.
The only thing we did'nt like was that we wanted to arrange for bus tour to Abu Simbel. We enquired with their travel desk. Instead of quoting us a price with a straight face he made a lame duck excuse to call the front desk to find out where we were from. He then tried to adjust the price accordingly, quoting us about 5 times the going street price. We saw him use the same modus-operandi on other guests as well. Off-course we ended purchasing our trip from one of the budget hotels on the other side of the street. Other than this incident we enjoyed our stay here. We would gladly stay again.

Relaxed atmosphere, lovely surroundings, fabulous breakfast, great massage, large variety of activities.
Expensive restaurants, a bit disagreeable walking through the shopping area each time we went to/from the lobby-area.
We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Pyramisa Isis Island hotel. The surroundings were beautiful and the atmosphere very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed nice service and can strongly recommend taking a massage! We also appreciated the large variety of available activities such as tennis, squash, minigolf and sandbaths apart from the two lovely swimming pools!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Hotel Feature Tip : Sandbath & great massage!

Do not go to the Nubian Villages that the guidebooks write up as "charming, shady narrow streets," etc. We relied on Lonely Planet in deciding to go and the narrative of the book was nothing like the actual experience. We were not allowed to wander on our own but had to go with the "Chief" who then wanted money for the "tour." The area has heaps of garbage with sheep and goats eating the trash. The few people we encountered were not friendly. There is nothing to see.
Shopping Tip : This could also be a "sightseeing.attraction" tip. The local bazaar/market near the train station is an interesting evening. Learn a few words of Arabic and interact with the vendors. They're very nice but remember to bargain hard.

refined ambience, clean, spacious rooms, rich and good buffet.
Drinks are relatively expensive.
Located on the beautiful and peaceful island in the Nile, the Pyramisa Isis Hotel in Aswan A retreat for body and soul. It take about 15 minutes of free boats to the mainland, so that one despite the fact secluded location within 15 minutes in the middle of this happening is absolutely spectacular, and relatively cheap city. Large lobby, 2 CLEAN pools, tennis courts, leisure facilities and provision of amenities. For us there were 5 very relaxing, warm and beautiful days in our Wusnchstadt.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The ancient Egyptian city has preserved its charm, but is relatively modern (by Egyptian standards) and you can see INFINITELY many attractions from here.

idyllic location on a quiet island many sports facilities including 2 pools friendly staff nice buffet breakfast
many facilities closed because in work exorbitant price of drinks without even a bowl of peanuts! dubious cleanliness of rooms
beautiful location for this hotel a bit shabby in places, but work is undertaken. Upon arrival, the reception made us wait an hour ... to find our booking with Agoda. Once in our rooms, we found that we had given the least expensive (garden view) while we pay for more expensive (Nile view). There was no way to be compensated as a free drink at the bar! We had the impression they are more used to group bookings. In one room, I had to change dirty sheets at 23 am in the other room, the table was covered with marks collantes.A Otherwise, the hotel is pleasant and well served by its own shuttle boat every 15 minutes during the night.
Restaurant Tip : Above all, do not hesitate to go to dinner in town, back in the boat the night is cool

ISIS is located on the island, very special, gorgeous decor, excellent service, beautiful scenery of the Nile
Some of the details of the room did not notice, demand ferry takes about 10 minutes, every 15 minutes boat, a 24-hour system, will consume more and more time.
A very good hotel, with ornate decor, good service attitude, rooms are also equipped with complete, said, police officers also beautiful, alone at ISIS on the island, making exceptionally quiet. However, some small details inside the room is often overlooked, as I began to actually live in one room can not be locked, but also someone to deal with, is a small loss. In addition, at ISIS on the island, though quiet, but to go to shore, need more time to start a little earlier. On the whole, quite suitable for a holiday hotel.
