Arriving at 1.00am after long flight, there was no room available. The check-in staff did not give a s**t and the duty manager was a waste of space. By 2.00am a room with bedding changed but not properly cleaned was found - by then we didn't care. No toilet paper but an extra box of tissues. If you want any degree of customer service, pay more and check into a brand name hotel.

everything apart from maid..... can you imagine !!!!
what a hotel!! , can't believe it
they're dare to charge customer who was first day stay for 60 pound taxi just to go to supermarket around the corner, just because customer didn't realize as it's the first day there... My god.. there're so many unbelievable things that this hotel is capable to do.....
Travel tip : - don't believe any hotel's staff until you checked it out by yourself,
- need to check the thing you need with several different persons, and several times before doing anything
- they charged you local call which was no answer and busy from the end !!!, they charged wifi too!!
- well, there're too many funny things to describe in here
