Great location on the Nile
Great location. Service standard very high. Nile views awesome; the hotel buildings are amazing

We had a week stay - very good hotel. great location to get around in Zamalek especially but also for nearby attractions like the Musem.
The service standard was brilliant.
Did not eat in restaurant to comment.

i love this hotel and i always do live there when i visit cairo. nice room and lovely garden. atmosphire is nice. staff are nice except (guards) on the gates who asks for tips just ignore them.
Restaurant Tip:
Resturant is the garden with coffee shop is excellent

With the recent unrest the hotel was 30% full and yet still charged more than my 1st stay which was before any protests took place and the hotel was 85% full.
Hotel Feature Tip:
best to catch the white taxi as they are normally cleaner, newer than the balck / white cabs, but still negotiate the rate.

Marriot always welcome and provide me with excellent service with their friendly staff and up to date information. Highly recommended for others to stay here for business or leisure purpose as this hotel located at the city centre and will not have any problem of the hotel room and service.

The hotel is in very good location and is rated top under the existing five star hotels. I recommend the hotel for couples. Expensive for extras. Not recommended for car rental. There are plenty of taxis outside the hotel. (White cabs) Insist on meter.
