Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The first room they gave us had dirty sheets (yellow stains and holes) and the bathroom floor had cigarette butts. the second room had moldy shower curtain. The pool area and the pool itself was filthy. TV shows are all in Arabic. There's no reading lamp or alarm clock; no internet access. Bed is very uncomfortable. It's worth paying the extra and staying at the Hilton.
Shopping Tip : Buy lots of bottled water and store it in the fridge. Also buy lots of magazines - the TV shows are all in Arabic. bring alarm clock - there's no lamp in the room.

Only traveller staying for two days is welcome.
Travel tip : Near the hotels you can find the pyramids and the banks. Otherwise this hotel is useless.

Only to see the pyramid this hotel is ok,
Food is horrible, housekeeping are very reluctant to clean the room daily.no one in the hotel speaks english.better to avoid this hotel for a stay with family.
I had a bad experience in cairo for staying at this hotel.every day i had to shout at the room service for cleaning my room.the restaurant waiter does no know the difference between black tea and milk tea.no body in the hotel speaks english, only one guy from travels speak a little bit of english.there is no food variety in the restaurant, only arabian food.so it is difficult for non-arabs to stay there.
