This hotel is probably good by Egyptian standards. When compared to other countries, you pay more and get less in Egyptian hotels. The intercontinental has some great features including the pool and gym, but the staff and condition of our room were a let down. We reported a leak in our room to the front desk, they sent someone out to fix it a few hours later and it stopped. By the next morning the leak had returned, but we were checking out and didn't bring it up on check out.
