Well trained receiption and concierge staffs were very friendly and giving usable information.
room service staffs need to train to how to use the room facilities. Have to pay for using internet.
The receiption staffs were very friendly and tried their best to get the room for what customer expected. As I was stranger in that city, concierage staffs provided usable information and guideline for me to access to the destination. Although the hotel outlook is old, but room was clean. Bathroom design needed to be improved as after bath the bathroom will get wet. Paking has to be charged. Internet needs to pay.

Nice new refurbished rooms.
No double glazing on the windows, rooms facing the street were very noisy.
Nice hotel and great location, friendly staff.
Restaurant Tip : The roshan kandhar restaurant close by is superb.

Quiet, the scenery was beautiful.
A place distant from the center.
