convenient facilities and nice service.
1. the furniture look quite old and some of lights didn't turn on.
2. I tried to change my reservation which was different from the reservation i did on line, but
hotel staff denied saying that all modification needs to be at least 3 days in prior to check in
i don't think it makes sense.
in overall, it was satisfactory to stay in the sofitel hotel, but i hope you could have more feasible service for more customer's convenience.

I have lived in Egypt for three years. I think the Sofitel's prices are not equal to the service you get. It is a good, safe hotel right on the Nile however. You can walk across the street and catch a faluka ride.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Catch a faluka right across the street. There is a market next door where you can get most things (Alpha market).
