The room was big and clean
the location of the hotel is good and the size of the room is more than good but the services was not 5* style and also the decoration and style does not give the feeling as of 5 star hotels there is a shopping mall facing the hotel and Macdonald restaurant easy to get Taxi near from pyramids

You should be careful with the tips you give. Based on my experience, I got cursed by one of the hotel staff because he did not like the amount I gave him as a tip.
Restaurant Tip : Always go for cooked or grilled things. Avoid salads and ice - it is not safe.

I think the hotel should take serious action towards training their people if they are hoping for more cutomers in the future.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The pyrimds are nearby and make for amazing sightseeing.
