i have been here 4 times..... it is an oasis close to the pyramids..... outside horribly loud but inside is fine.

Fabulous service in a very nice hotel!
service was generous and friendly, large comfortable room, great view of pyramids, beautiful pool, good food, thai restaurant is excellent. the egyptian steam bath was a wonderful treat after a hard day.

i was in egypt for about three weeks, and this hotel was one of the two best i stayed in...got a good rest,an amazing steam bath and massage, and the room was more like a suite than a hotel room: large bed, two chairs, table, desk, fridge, giant closet, balcony and chairs, etc. the service was also excellent and cheerful, and so much better than in other hotels, esp. in cairo. there is a 12% service fee, so no tipping...which is also a wonder in cairo where it seems every one has a hand out.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The Egyptian steam bath and massage is wonderful, especially after a hard day of travel/sightseeing. And, the Thai restaurant lives up to its reputation...excellent food and service.

Lovely hotel and good location for the pyramids
close to the pyramids and comfortable complex

Enjoyed my stay and the freindly help from the staff who walked me to the shops to get water and drinks.
The staff organised a tour/taxi person to take me where I wanted to go being the pyramids/spinx in Giza and the Egyptian museum, Cario, and other markets on the day
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Egyptian museum a must and truely amazing.. Pay the extra to see the mummies which is very well worth it.
Pyramids and spinx also amazing.

In all I think this hotel is very good vlue for money. shame about the frreway and dug up road outside. The staff were lovely and very helpfull and friendly. the room was clean and nice and the swimming area was lovely like a nice tranquil oasis in the heart of giza. I am very disapointed that a gym was advertised but not available.
Shopping Tip:
no matter what anybody tells you you do not need a taxi to get to the shops. In general in Cairo hotel doormen get commision for from taxi drivers for booking them.

朝九時に到着し、部屋が空いていたらチェックインさせて欲しいと頼んだら、チェックインは１２時からなので、アーリーチェックインで３０ドルいただきますと言われた。ファイブスターなのに意外に安かったのは、こんなサービスを続けて客足が遠のいてしまったためだと納得しました。ＷｉＦｉでもしっかりと金をとるし、金ばかり要求されるホテルでした。
