Isis Hotel Luxor Info
A Luxor landmark for more than 25 years, this hotel is set in 28 acres of landscaped gardens directly on the River Nile. The Luxor International Airport is 20 minutes away, while the Luxor Temple and shopping areas are within walking distance. The hotel can be accessed by land or via the river, which can be traversed with a traditional felucca. This enormous hotel--offering more than 400 guest rooms--offers a wide array of facilities, including a large swimming pool directly on the Nile and a heated swimming pool in the extensive gardens. Dining options are endless and guests can enjoy local delicacies or international dishes. Badea is an Egyptian tent overlooking the Nile where drinks are served. The hotel is very tired. We had a room overlooking the street wich was very noisy. The beds were hard and the toilet leaked. Travel tip : Very average hotel which I would not recommend. Very old and tired

Spacious, Luxurious and internationally. Solo travelers and provide less for hotels obviously less interesting. Played a role in the experience of Isis, Luxor? There was only an overnight train Cairo-Luxor available. Thus I came late one days in Luxor. I called one days before vauit Cairo, a friendly lady spoke of the Booking section of Isis, who assured me that I no surcharge could stay three nights in Isis. After two nights I had to pay extra or leave. I chose the latter. Those two nights I slept too little. The room that my reception was upheld on the street. "Standaard'dat was the problem. Standard meant much noise from traffic on the street. But also from surrounding rooms: the neighbor's bathroom, even the water of the vulbak heard. The Isis hotel has several large blocks of guest rooms. These are direction Nile and certainly much more pleasant. Thither move cost 20 Euro per night. I had no feel. There were a hundred is not occupied. The lesson. "Standard" are you for a quarter on the first row, facing the street. In what is called a 'five star'. By default, many stars means less?

It is more unfortunate is good Human Services, Internet, sanitary, does not consist entirely. We tried to stop Nobu Tomari 25 has been moved to hotels in U.S. dollars. I better at that hotel.
