Beautiful view, friendly staff, nice food. Old buildings, TV should have a Greek tv channel for us Greek people. In general the experience of the hotel was quite wonderful. the staff was friendly and would do anything we ask within seconds. the scenery is absolutely beeautiful with the outdoor swimming pools and all. the beach was not that good but that's just the rocky Red Sea it's not the hotels fault. The food was great. Loved the big buffes. The indoor buildings are although a bit old. Quite clean but old built, which made them look not so clean.We're from greece and the tv channels were most in Arabic and other languages. Should be at least one channel in Greek.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Everyone should visit Saint Catherine's monastery. It's quite magical, especially if you're Greek and Orthodox.

nice hotel but they took extra charge in place for taxes o stuff agoda rates do not apply at this hotel me va a week in Sharm El Sheik but changed hotels three times to d all started when booking with Agoda. va first three days of Concorde El Salam hotel va jo really nice but I am sur e that I had to pay surcharges on hotel then disappeared all the advantages given the increasingly more expensive, plus the d outside a taxi 240 to the town o tillbaka.bytte late hotels to Cleopatra as Agoda said 4 stars but hell no d va disgusting which left the hotel, though I paid the book again another hotel Solymar where va d really good no extra cost allinclusiv really nice hotell.skulle va happy if I got the money back for cleopatra ...
