the location is nice, but that is so for almost all the hotels on the coast in sharm el sheikh. the staff is not very friendly, the food mediocre (and over priced), service terrible.

Beatiful sea but terrible service
huge swimming pool, lots of sunbathing beds on the seashore, beautiful sea, coral fishes right at the hotel

At arrival, we got a free of charge early check in, when we got to the room the floor was really dirty and we had stains on the sheets, we asked if it was possible to change room but they were unable so they sent housekeeping for a "deep cleaning" they were fast to send they staff though.
Breakfast buffet was acceptable quite large variety, breakfast service was really bad, I had to go to the bar and take the cuttlery and cups by myself several times, although the table were supposed to be set by the staff. When asking for coffee or tea they seamed nearly upset.
The lobby lounge service was bad, really slow.
Mezzaluna restaurant was the worst experience in the hotel, pizza was bad, at least to European/Asian standards, it took us 1 hour 45 minutes to be served for lunch.
The grill at seafront was ok, I do not recommend the ceasar salad though, service was better, and the restaurant manager was nice and pleasant.
C-Lido at the seafront was good, crepes where nice, and served at our sunbeds very fast. Best value for money lunch in the hotel, I think.
At the Asian restaurant Silk Road the food was excellent, service as ussual a bit slow, but worth it, a bit pricey though.
Travel tip:
If you have to go to sharm el sheikh and cannot afford Four Seasons, I recommend this hotel. I would only go to sharm el sheikh again if I was a diver fan as I believe it's an overpriced destination and service is really poor. A part from diving or snorkeling not much to do.
If I wee you I would bring snorkeling equipment instead of buying it there as if you are not good bargaining they'll rip you off!
Be aware that smoking is allowed everywhere if you're coming with kids.
