An oasis in an otherwise (sometimes) chaotic city

as americans traveling in a city with minimal english speakers, the staff were wonderful in orienting us to the region, in selecting great restaurants, in orienting or taxi drivers to the correct location, and overall making our stay wonderful.
the only down side was our room (the josephine baker) abutted an alley and the smells were sometimes less than lovely but this wasn't a show stopper for us.
we would definitely return and recommend our friends.

the hotel was amazing. tucked away on a side street, the lobby is very pretty. the rooms are great and very personalized. the staff are constantly willing to help. the free access to the hammam and jacuzzi is an added bonus. would stay again!!
