Elegantly decorated, with modern Arabic ambience, the entire hotel gives a great impression of professionalism. It is located in the city center within walking distance of the Medina and Hassan II Mosque. Since under going renovation in 2003, each room at the Kenzi Basma Hotel Casablanca is large, attractively furnished and contains a modern bathroom. The breathtaking views of the Medina and the Hassan II Mosque by night from this hotel are not to be missed.

Ice cold air conditioning. Nice shower / bathroom. Nice selection of television channels. Multi-lingual staff.
Internet was down while staying here. More expensive than originally planned due to the fact that the online company registered only a single guest rather than the two that showed up.
The hotel was pretty decent compared to some other places in Casablanca. It was around $100 per night for two people, plus free continental breakfast which also wasn't bad. The pancakes taste a little weird but it's free... The air conditioning worked perfectly on a hot September day. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot for as long as necessary and also had nice water pressure. Food served during Ramadan daylight hours. McDonalds & KFC within walking distance. Hassan II Mosque around 20-25 minute walk away. Cab ride about 5 minutes or less for about 20-30dh. New Medina is also relatively close. Pretty good location. Overall I'm satisfied if you want a fair hotel for a fair price.

The hotel is tired and a bit run down. Staff were not friendly or (apart from the porter) helpful.

This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. It is at best very average and is overpriced for what it provided. On our return to Casablanca we stayed at the Club Val Danfa Hotel - also graded '4 star' the service, location, facilities, food and general condition of the hotel were far superior to the Kenzi Basma

A bit rundown, staff not friendly, poor service at breakfast.
This hotel could be a gem in the downtown area but it is rundown and the staff do not try to make up for condition of the hotel.
