this place is amazing, very good value for money. It is idealy located very comfortable and tastefully renovated/decorated. Staff are extreemly nice and professional. I highly recomend and would definately stay again!

aquando da chegada reclamámos das condições da acomodação e instalaram-nos num quarto mais caro e mais parecido com as nossas expectativas aquando da reserva no vosso site, onde está muito mal explícito quanto ao que é um quarto standart!?! era um cubículo com dois colchões num vão de escada com umas escadas de alçapão em que não se cabia de pé, nem se podia carregar a mala.Tentámos cancelar logo a reserva mas o gerente foi inflexível, desagradável, dizendo sempre que cobraria a totalidade das três noites, isto é: a primeira noite ao preço acrescido do quarto em que ficámos, ao qual adicionava mais as duas noites que estavam reservadas, apesar de já ter o quarto disponível... porque desde a chegada que dissemos que não queriamos ficar ali alojados.
