Menzeh Zalagh Hotel Fez Info
A modern, four-star hotel that is just ten kilometers from the international airport.
Whether in Fez on business or leisure, the Menzeh Zalagh Hotel is a sound choice, with a fine selection of rooms and suites, superb business facilities, and a standard of service that keeps regular visitors returning. The views from the upper floors offer a birds-eye perspective over the rooftops of the old town, so try and book a room on the top level. For those in the capital on leisure, Fez offers a virtual wealth of attractions. The city is one of the oldest in the entire continent, and for the lover of ancient architecture, exploring the narrow, winding lanes of the old town is a delight. The city is well-known for its many madrasas - learning centers, many of them dating back to the early 1400s, with beautiful bronze and marble decorative architecture.

Good breakfast, terrace with a great view over Fez.
Easy walking distance to the CTM station.
Very little character.
No hot water.
We stayed in this hotel for our first night in Fez because we were landing very late and needed somewhere with 24 hour check-in that would be known to the taxi drivers and that didn't involve a walk through the medina where we could get so totally lost. And it totally fulfilled all these criteria.
With it we had a lovely buffet breakfast - cheese, pancakes, honey, fruit, coffe, tea, juice, pastries - a great mixture of European and Moroccan with a great view across to the Fez medina.
However, I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay as it had very little character and no hot water.
Hotel Feature Tip : Brilliant Breakfast!

Very nice hotel with a great view of the old city from the balcony. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is not far from the old city of Fez (easy walking distance) and also close to restaurants and other facilities in the new part of Fez. We were happy with this hotel and we will stay here again if we return to Fez.
