Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. Splendid Hotel Fez Info
A well-located, value for money hotel in the heart of Fez, popular with regular visitors to the city. The Splendid Hotel offers spacious, comfortably furnished rooms, with all the amenities expected from a three-star hotel. There is a cosy bar and restaurant within the hotel, offering a fine choice of authentic Moroccan favorites, plus a good selection of imported beers and wines. The hotel is well-connected with the network of public transport that criss-crosses the city, making it easy to explore the many attractions of this ancient capital. Fez itself is a medieval gem, boasting a rich and turbulent history, today reflected in the ancient architecture found throughout the historical center. The University of Al-Karaouine deserves a special mention, listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest continually operating institute of learning in the world. Visitors are welcome and its highly recommended for those exploring the city.

Generally speaking it is a clean hotel. The location is not bad.
Very basic hotel (old building), not even a hanger in the bathroom or closet.
The rooms are small. Air condition not operating. Breakfast is absolutely basic. It is not a buffet, they serve you with 2 small pieces of bread, a ration butter and jam and a coffee. Then they try not to make any eye contact with you and if you dare to call and ask for a second coffee, they will make sure you will get a piece of their mind. The pictures posted on Agoda do not relate to this property other than the one showing the receptionist, who normally does not seem to be in such a great mood.
Travel tip : Generally, restaurants in Morocco are low quality and compared to what you get are very high priced. Fez has very nice pottery make sure you take some home. They also have nice leather.
