The hotel is in strategic location, and is very quiet. But the cons also because it is dull and the decoration is out of date. The restaurant has limited services or choices of food and internet access is limited.
The other facilities are also limited, especially in term of recreational activities as it is located in the outskirt of Marrakech.The hotel will serve better with more restaurants that open 24 hours, new furnishing, including television sets and toiletries as well better access to internet service. Besides, there should also be a shuttle bus for the guests to go to downtown Marrakech as it is quite a distance to walk all the way from the hotel to J'maal ElFana. There should also be information or magazine that could explain about places to visit in Marrakech in each guest room.

Staff are indifferent, service takes forever (don't be hungry when you go to eat) - room layouts are weird (2 separate rooms to use the toilet and then to wash your hands) - walls are paper thin (and a club is in the hotel). Only one English TV channel - staff has basic grasp of the English language. Appeared to be very many locals in the pool everyday (friends/family of the staff), not tourists - in 4 days we were unable to secure a chair by the pool.
Travel tip:
Do reasearch - the cabs will ALWAYS rip you off - in the centre, ignore everyone - they grab you and put tattoos on you eventhough you said NO 10 times, then try and charge you USD 150!!!! Even the hotel only charges $6 - when you ask the snake charmers, etc "how much to take a picture" and their response is "whatever you can give" , then demand 400 Dirham ($60) from you after the picture ....so not worth the hassle . . . .

I liked the situation of the hotel; near the town center and in a beautiful and secure touristic area. Food isn't so delicious like another restaurant in the town center. Noise on saturday on first floors. For such category (4*), I'm not really satisfied.

c est le 2eme compte rendu que je fais.je suis client a l hotel El andalous depuis plusieurs années mais cette année, j ai été obligé de passer par votre agence suite a internet et je ne suis pas satisfait de votre service. les autres années je traitais la chambre et le petit déjeuner était compris pour le même prix. cette année j ai été obligé de payer chaque matin en plus pour le même service. les infos que vous fournissez ne sont pas complètes et les prix mal négocies. je ne passerai plus par votre agence pour réserver. d autre part le prix des chambres sont moins cher en direct Salutations

Bel hôtel bien situé dans le quartier de l'hivernage. A seulement 30 minutes à pied de la place Jemma El Fna, cet hôtel offre un pied à terre calme dans un cadre agréable et verdoyant avec des grandes chambres et une piscine extérieure chauffée. Bon compromis pour des vacances reposantes et pouvoir découvrir les sites touristiques de Marrakech.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Attention de bien imposer vos tarifs aux taxis : 50 dirhams de l'aéroport à l'hôtel (de jour, au lieu des 150 demandés au départ !). De l'hôtel à la place Jemma El Fna, prévoir 20 Dirhams de jour et 30 Dirhams de nuit.

普通にきれいで、安く泊まれたと思います。
宿自体に文句は全くないです。
難点はタクシーを使わない人はちょっと見所にはとおいかも。
しかも高いエリアなので、タクシーがボリます。
いっても５００円くらいでどこでも行けますが、、、、
観光地でなくカジノとかクラブに行くのに使うにはいいかもです。
