Great location, small common parts and pool

It is a small hotel situated in the best part of Hivernage acoss from the cool Delano hotel so one can take advantage of the latter's superior facilities (roof restaurant etc.
The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious, unfortunately with a very small wardrobe that would not be sufficient for two people staying over a weekend.
The staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast good, it would help if tere were some english speaking newspapers.
Shopping Tip:
The souk a big let down compared with the likes of Cairo, Istanbul and even Damascus.

Much promise but let down by lack of 5 star detail

it looks good and is in great location but what a let down. lack of smiling, helpful staff, very noisy room from partying in foyer, the club downstairs or the street, hot rooms and no air con. they brought me in a portable one which was kind but sounds like a jet engine, takes up all the room and needs window open to work properly! no point. minibar not restocked. nor breakfast card replaced. hair - all sorts - in sheets first night. pool all in shade and closed in. everything that can be charged extra, and at a high price, is. there are some good points: location, doormen, attempt at good service (eg towels and water handed out in gym), pretty lobby, wifi. this hotel has promise -i'd love to retrain everyone! - but sadly, i would definitely not stay here again for these prices - and i had a deal! let this hotel ruin a fun city to visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
'Tourist guides' will swarm you when you leave the hotel. Unless you really want a guide (and they're not official regardlessof their badges), don't even talk to them. Politely decline, avoid eye contact and move on. Otherwise they'll hound you for blocks and expect payment. And by the way, don't pay more that 100 dirham from Hivernage area to the airport.

Hotel muy bien situado ideal para una persona que

Ideal la situación por cercanía al centro antiguo dela ciudad y por el entorno en el que está. Carente del glamour y servicios de un 5 estrellas. La piscina es un simulacro entre muros e impropia de un hotel de 5 estrellas.

En el entorno del hotel hay restaurante y ambientes interesantes para la vida nocturna.

De Hivernage is een prima hotel om te verblijven. Het hotel is niet zo massaal groot als de meeste hotels in Marrakesh. Het eten is er heel goed. De bediening is prima.
Bovendien loop je in mum van tijd de oude stad in.
