Henrik M. Groups Norway, December 10, 2011	first time ever i have changed hotels clean and central 6 The hotel is clean and has a good location as well as being well know by all taxidrivers. It is also surprisingly quiet compared to the location, but this is where the positives stop. The staff is horrible and we were highly surprised when we were not allowed to bring water to our room. There is an empty minifridge in the room, and as our bacteriaculture differs from the locals we have to drink bottlewater. Not being allowed to bring this to our room made us all halfway dehydrated. A smile once in a while from the staff or a friendly nod in return would also have been nice. The gym was closed, and the staff twice failed in bringing this complaint to the manager after both staffmembers claimed they would. The manager did in his defence try to sort out our complaints when he was finally was informed, but this was after we'd booked a new hotel and was checking out. I am very well travelled, but this is the first time ever I have changed hotel during a trip, and I am very happy with my choice of moving away from Nassim Hotel.

Solo travelers France, November 26, 2010	très bon plan au Gueliz ! personnel très courtois, serviable, hotesses adorables à l'accueil, chambre très agréable, tres propre, petit dejeuner délicieux avec enfin du vrai jus d'orange ! 8.7 je retournerai dans cet hotel sans hésiter. il est idealement situé, le personnel est charmant, les chambres sont agréables et propres, le petit déjeuner est décilieux !

Couples France, April 06, 2009	confortable, bien situé,bons rapport qualité/prix l'accueil sympathique, Le confort des chambres,sa situation dans quartier très commerçant et proche des centres d'intérêts, petit déjeûner copieux et de qualité. Calme la nuit 9.3 Hôtel facile d'accès et bien situé dans un quartier relativement calme. Chambre spacieuse,confortable et bien aménagée. Il est agréable de prendre un verre en soirée au bord de la piscine. De nombreux cafés, restaurants à deux pas de l'hôtel ainsi qu'une belle galerie marchande et des belles boutiques. Pas besoin de reprendre sa voiture pour visiter les principaux centres d'intérêts. les petits déjeuner très copieux et de qualités sont servis dans une salle claire, spacieuse et confortable. nous ne regrettons d'avoir choisi cet hôtel et rien à dire concernant le rapport qualité/prix pas de surprise en réglant la note.
