Service was lacking, Internet unusably slow

Do not expect 5 star service or international level service. If you expect 3.5 stars then you probably wont be disappointed. The internet is unusable most of the day. Service was at times rude and they shifted me to 3 different rooms in 2 hours due to various problems. the last room was still problematic but I had already had enough. I will not be staying here again.

this hotel was a moroccan, european vacation spot. it's location and rooms were perfect after a 15 day intensive tour of the country. was close to the central markets, spas, restaurants and bus lines as well. good value for what it cost.

nous avons passe une semaine inoubliable dans cet hotel.l' accueil chaleureux a la reception,la beaute de l'hotel,la piscine,le parc magnifique,le petit dejeuner copieux...aucun point negatif!a une vingtaine de minutes de marche de la fameuse place jama el fna et de la koutoubia.l'hotel a ete entierement renove mais le nouveau batiment "koutoubia" est a recommander.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
prendre le bus rouge,le bus touristique pour visiter marrakech.

Trés bon séjour. Hotel situé à 20 mn à pied de la Place Jemma EL Fna. Quartier chic de Marrakech. Température le jour à 26°. Pas beaucoup de touristes à cette saison, ce qui permet de visiter tranquillement la ville et ses monuments.

Zimmer sehr gross. Hotel in einem ruhigen, wunderschönem Quartier ganz nah zur Innenstadt gelegen. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Palmen und Rasenfläche. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen.
Einziger Nachteil ist der Service beim Frühstück. Tische werden nur langsam abgeräumt....deshalb sieht es doch manchmal eher nach einem "Schlachtfeld" aus.
