Difficult to find the place but nice rooms

We find the adress mentionned but there was nobody to welcome us and no sign bord if it was the right place. Therefore we try to ring to the riad next door. We had to wait close to 1 hour to finally get somebody picking up us to do our check in at another riad 5 mins walking form the original booked. We did our check in then had to walk back to the first place. However the riad was cosy and the room was great.

Prenotato al NId. Arrivati l'indirizzo è un portone nero senza insegna, senza nome di hotel: nulla!
Il riad era chiuso!! Nessun cartello, nessun avviso sulla porta.Nessun numero di telefono. Sulla prenotazione solo il numero del nid ma nessuno rispondeva. Cercato per tre ore con valigie nella medica e un caldo infernale altro riad le cigogne: Chiuso anche questo! Solo dopo 3 ore trovato altro riad della catena il kassis! Spese per taxi per guide locali caldo e mezza giornata persa!
Non hanno voluto riconoscere neppure il disagio causato.
Riad bello ma prezzi assolutamente cari per il posto. Se si vuole il luxury c'e molto altro a marrakech e di vero luxury. Piscina al kassis ridicola, piccola e sporca. Lettini in terrazza di legno mezzi rotti.Solo il personale è gentile.Camere e chiostro riad molto belli.
Colazione 13 euro! in piazza al cafe de france (che è gia caro) si spendono 20 dh per colazione da re. Se due hotel sono chiusi e non si avverte il cliente e si causano disagi, perdita di vacanze, spese di taxi ecc, intelligenza e rispetto impongono di essere cortesi e riconoscere l'errore.
Nessun upgrade.. si è trovato il riad solo grazie a un gentile signore locale e solo dopo 3 ore.
