Couples Australia, June 20, 2012	Very posh hotel opposite Marrkech Train Station Less than one minute from trains to rooms - good international standard. 8 The Opera Plaza was an incredibly convenient location directly facing the excellent new Marrakech station. For less than the four star hotels nearby, the Opera Plaza was a lean, renovated, convenient design where rooms surround a beautiful pool - welcome in the 40 degree plus summer heat. Good beds, great bathroom, decent breakfast - all in all a welcome welcome to a great city.
Nipaporn M. Groups Thailand, February 24, 2013	Personnel antipathique et piscine à 13 degrés Hôtel relativement bien situé. 4.7 L'accueil à la réception fut froid et antipathique. On m'a réclamé une taxe de MAD 148.50 au check-in alors qu'elle aurait dû être incluse dans le prix Agoda. La piscine était non chauffée à....13 degrés. Une bonne partie du personnel faisait grève devant l'hôtel qui s'y était installé 12h sur 24 en articulant leurs réclamations au travers d'un porte-voix électrique TRES puissant qui s'entendait dès l'aube dans la chambre d'hôtel même avec les fenêtres fermées.

Families with older children Belgium, July 18, 2012	Great hotel with plenty of resources Nice swimming pool 8.3 the opera plaza is conveniently located close to the train station in the geliz area, just a stone throw away from the medina. it is quite animated with a dj operating from the late afternoon into the night, and even a singer on some days. it also means that the room inside the building (with a view on the swimming pool) may be quite noisy (if you like quiet rooms, you'll prefer a room with street view paradoxically Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Even if you have a car, leave it in the parking, and prefer using small cabs. For 20 dirhams, they'll take you almost anywhere in the medina.
