I booked for three nights but only stayed one night. The manager overbooked the hotel and asked me if I can move to their partner hotel nearby. Much smaller room with no wifi. I didn't like the other hotel but the staff was nice. To compensate, they gave me the airport transports for free (20 USD one way) and a complimentary massage. I would recommend the Riad Diana but you must stay there and not accept other hotels.

A home away from home

Really a home from home with attentive care from all the staff. Almost everywhere you want to go is within walking distance including many restaurants.
Everything worked perfectly, from the airport pick-up, transfer from taxi to hotel (essential and readily arranged). Booking of trips and excursions to simple needs of tea and coffee at any time are perfectly accommodated.
Highly recommended for a short or long break in Marrakech, hopefully we will return.
Restaurant Tip:
Avoid some of the tourist trap restaurants, but highly recommended is Dar Mimoun only a few minutes walk from Riad Diana

estuvimos 2 dias en este riad 30 y 31 de agosto,el hotel acogedor, el servicio estupendo te entiendes perfectamente con el servicio todos muy amables.El hotel esta dentro de la medina 50m a la plaza jemaa del fna. Estuvimos muy a gusto, volveremos.
