Couples Sweden, April 01, 2013	Nice, but flawed, hotel in excellent location Perfect location, friendly staff 6.3 The hotel is tricky to find as guests have to meander through a small alley, but as we arrived, we got a friendly welcome. As it is a small hotel the staff are genuinely friendly but may not be professionals in all aspects of service. The breakfast served were decent and the room small but with a certain charm. Our main complaint was that the Wifi was not functioning in the room, but were quite ok in the restaurant and the terrace.

L'endroit est magnifique, les chambres décorées avec soin. La piscine : ne pas espérer s'y baigner, pas assez profonde. L'hotel est idéalement situé,à trois minutes de la grande place centrale. La rue pour y aller est tortueuse, mais sure. Et enfin, le personnel de l'hotel est particulièrement sympathique et toujours disponible. Une excellente adresse.

Couples Japan, December 28, 2012	スタッフはとても親切。ホテルは見つけづらい。スタッフの対応。いい人に会えてよかった。 9 宿泊当日の朝に予約したため、ホテルにチェックインしたときは満室で、違うホテルに移動することになった。違うホテルの方が立地的にわかりやすく(旧市街地内なので、道がひどく入り組んでいて迷う)、ホテルもリゾート感があり良かったので満足。またスタッフの対応がとても親切だった。スークへのオフィシャルガイドを紹介してもらった。唯一だめだったのが、深夜にホテルのブレーカーが落ちて朝になっても全く復旧していなかったこと。 Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: フナ広場へは比較的わかりやすい立地。周辺はニセガイドがたくさんいるので注意。初日から若干のトラブルがあった。
