the riad was really good condition also the staff was very kind and generous. the wi-fi was working at the room and the room was clean as well.
Restaurant Tip:
It was very close to the Jamaa el Funa and very quiet location.

Hotel was quite a distance from the road. Hence had to drag luggage from road to hotel. Fortunately hotel had porters to assist. Advise to call earlier to request for assistance. Hotel was away from the market which was good as it was quiet. Rooms were nice and staff was helpful.

Peaceful Riad; Friendly and Helpful staff

We arrived in Marrakesh at about 9pm - not recommended, as trying to get luggage to a riad (most are not accesible by taxi) at peak time is not fun. When we arrived we had great difficulty trying to work out where our riad was. This is not necessarily a problem limited to Riad Lila as Marrakesh in general is very busy and most market areas do not cater for taxis. However, our pre-booked airport transfer did not arrive and as such we had to make our own way. Do not try and do this, book the transfer (and hope it turns up! - we later found out that a traffic accident had meant that ours never arrived). When we finally arrived we were welcomed with mint tea and smiles and asked when we would like to have breakfast the next morning etc. The breakfast was free, and the staff were very friendly and ensured that our stay was comfortable. It was a very quiet and peaceful place which was decorated very well - tastefully so. The room was small but had all the required necessities (albeit, no soap!). However, most riads operate like a family home and I was under the impression that anything we wanted we could have asked for (we were too polite!). The air con was not great, but we were dealing with 45 degree heat so it may not have been a fair test... all in all a very pleasing and good value stay.
Nightlife Tip:
Do not arrive in Marrakesh at night if you are staying in a riad... you will be welcomed with a hectic night life which makes getting yourself and your luggage to arrive in one piece a challenge!

Riad charmant, avec un personnel au petit soin

Le riad, est magnifique, encore mieux que sur les photos, le personnel est adorable et dispo à tout heure, on pouvait manger à l'heure qu'on voulait, riad très propre (et je suis une grande maniaque )
Le seul bémol nous n'avons pas vu une seule responsable qui apparemment était à Casa, personne nous as pris le voucher ou a vérifier qui nous étions !!! Du coup aucune excursion ne nous as été proposé nous avons trouvé par nos propres moyens ( mieux car moins onéreux) j ai entendu parlé du hannan sur plein de com et on ne l'a jamais vu !! Dommage car le personnel était plus qu'adorable mais ne comprenais pas bien le français donc dialogue de sourd sur bien des sujets ou l'on a du se débrouiller
Malgrès ca, je conseil vivement ce Riad ou l'on se sent tres chouchouté
Restaurant Tip:
Allez au souk des épices, ne pas raté le café des épices et la terrasse des épices tres tres tres bon endroit !!

la chambre était propre et avait du style, l'accueil s'est fait avec un thé à la menthe agrémenté de petits gâteaux dans le coin salon sous le patio.
le petit déjeuner est copieux.
comme dans beaucoup de riad, l'insonorisation des chambres et très médiocre mais vu qu'ils ont peu de chambres la nuits est tout de meme calme.
le riad se trouve à 5 mn à pied de la place dans la médina.tres pratique pour visiter le souk mais pas accessible en voiture.

leuk hotel,
midden in de medina. wel bij aankomst moeilijk te vinden. taxi's mogen niet na middag uur tot avond medina in. loop je dus redelijk te zoeken in mierenhoop.
verder personeel uitermate aardig. geven telefoon nummer voor als ze je moeten komen ophalen of de weg kwijt bent.
prijs kwaliteit staat in verhouding.
langer dan 2 dagen is genoeg in marrakech. binnen de mediana komen inderdaad enkel touristen, struikrovers en bedelaars. voor eten kun je beter buiten de medina zijn.
