gros probleme dés notre arrivé!
tout de cet hotel m'a plus, hormis le fait de ne pas avoir pu y sejourné malgres ma reservation payé dans son integralité

nous sommes arrivé a marrakech et avons rapidement trouver ce magnifique riad ou nous avions reserver notre suite " shérazade " du riad mille et une nuit, (riad magnifique) cette nuit étant tres importante pour nous puisquel representé le gros de notre budget, arrivé au riad apparement pas de reservation, lhotel est complet et la chambre deja occupé!!!!!!!! (a savoir que nous avons deja reglé lintegralité du montant de la chambre)
apres plusieur minutes le responsable du riad (tres gentil et qui a fait de son mieu ) nous informe que le site agoda na pas transmis la reservation au riad, finalement nous somme redirigé vers un autre riad avec chambre imposé, aucun choix possible, dailleur je ne sais meme pas quel était la valeur de la chambre dans laquel nous avons dormis, simplement qu'il sagissait dune chambre toute a fait banale,dun riad un peut laissé a l'abandon (pour info il s'agit du riad tizwa ( a éviter a tout prix pour un couple)
je suis extremement deçu de ce contretemps, cela aurais été un enorme plaisir pour moi et mon amie de passer ce sejour au riad mille et une nuit que je recommende vivement et qui pour moi fait parti des rare riad d'exception de marrakech.
jespere rapidement recevoir un mail d'excuse du site internet agoda et bien evidement dun dédomagement pour le préjudice causé!

Superbe Riad, accueil chaleureux, endroit tres propre, Le gerant, donne d'excellent conseils, propose les excursions moins cher qu'a partir de Paris, avec d'excellente personnes (guides, agences...). Tres bien situé (5 min a pied de la place Jamaa el Fna), endroit tres calme pour la Medina. Personnel toujours présent, à l'ecoute. Je vais y retourner, c'est sur, je n'irai pas ailleurs!!! Recommande tout de meme pour les couples, c'est trop romantique comme endroit!!
