Nice riad - shame about the place!
Quietly positioned riad down the end of a long narrow laneway, beautifully decorated, courteous staff (particularly Aziza and Yusuf)

Although checking in to this riad was a pleasant experience and the 6-day stay there gave no cause for complaint - the staff were keen to negate and unpleasant experiences as quickly as possible - the city of Marrakech is an absolute black hole of humanity and I could in no way recommend to anybody ever to visit it.
Travel tip:
avoid morocco.

Gorgeous Riad, with beautiful staff & facilities

My friend & I had the best time at the Riad Viva from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff treated us with such amazing service and respect we felt like family at the end of our stay & didn't want to leave! The Riad is beautiful in every way, I could not fault it & we felt very safe.
The free breakfast daily was a highlight each day & the plunge pool & outdoor rooftop was amazing.
Due to the small size of the Riad (maybe 6-8 rooms in total) its extremely quiet & the service is very personalized, all the staff call you by first name which is lovely.
I will 100% be staying there again in the future & can't recommend this place highly enough!
Shopping Tip:
This Riad is a 10 min walk to the Medina which hosts many markets & stalls. If you want to avoid the crowds, shop earlier in the day, although it will be VERY hot. Avoid locals showing you around as they will expect a tip & the word for "No" which you may need to say a lot at the markets is "La".

初めてのリアド
歴史的地区に近く、観光に便利。フナ広場・スークにも歩いて行ける距離にある。新しいリアドなので全体的にきれい。

立地は良く、建物も新しく全体的に綺麗です。お部屋も部屋ごとデザインが異なっていて素敵だと思います。私は3泊し、２泊はスイートルームに滞在しました。総合的な評価は５つ星には値しないと思います。チェックイン時（PM2時）に部屋の準備ができてなかった、洗面台の掃除が不十分（凝った洗面器なのに湯垢、石鹸カスがついたまま）、使用済み石鹸の交換なし、スイートルームに滞在していてもタオル類は1人分、遅い朝食（8時~10時）、ホテルバウチャーを提出し問題なくチェックインしたのに、チェックアウトする前日の夜、朝7時に出発すると言ったら宿泊費は払ったかと聞かれた。日本で支払い完了していると言っても、いくら払っただの質問され、予備用のバウチャーを提出し納得してもらった。リアド側のPC画面で支払い完了していることは判りそうなものだが。もちろん朝食をとらずチェックアウト。ホスピタリティーに欠けてると思います。
