Ann C. Groups Sweden, August 06, 2012	Inefficently soundproofed rooms and RUDE staff! Close to the centre 6 The rooms were very standard, clean but the soundproofing was terrible, I was kept up most of the night because of all the noise outside my window. When we were checking out one person in the staff claimed that we had not paid, although it was stated clearly on his computer. When we tried to solve this by showing him that money for the room had been drawn from our bank account, he still insisted on us not paying. He even said: "Agoda is not real, they fool people and take their money." which we found absurd, we ended up in this conversation for almost an hour and missed our train because of that. Ibis Moussafir should really look over what kind of people they hire.

Rooms were clean and fine for a short stay. Breakfast was of a high standard and well operated. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Take a tour of the imperial city in a caleche.
