Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Noisy
Balima hotel is really easy to find in the centre of Rabat. It has really good location and price is reasonable. Do not expect high standard. Disadvantage connected eith location is noise comming from one of the busiest streets of Rabat. Unexpectedly I experienced vibration caused by moving elevator which is pretty noisy too. And on saturday evening top floor room 556 - I could feel absolutely clearly shaking of the floor under my feets. I didnt manage to found the source of this shaking but it might be caused by loud music in the basement of the hotel or maybe by busy traffic on the streets. When I mention it at the hotel reception, the guy with sense of humor asked me if I had too much of berber whiskey (mint tea). If you choose this hotel be ready for a bit of noise and shaking.

It is very central. It is very easy get out and about. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Only two of the staff can speak English. The room and the bathroom were dated. The breakfast is a mediocre continental one.I could not have the breakfast at all.
The hotel needs serious refurbishmnent. The decoration and furniture have to be renewed. It is below the standards of a *** hotel. It was relatively clean though. They do not have range of drinks at the bar. For example, they do not serve wine at the bar. Furthermore, the drinks are ridiculously expensive at the hotel's bar. I have not dined in the hotel but considering the quality of the breakfast it would not be a pleasant experience. Staff try to make your stay enjoyable but there is always a language barrier. They recommended me a good restaurant at the end of the day. I stayed in better hotels in Morocco. So, I think Rabat is not that touristic. They are getting used to the needs and expectations of Western travellers excluding French.

No parking, small and old shower, few towels.
Very calm hotel, with bar and restaurant. The rooms are big and have comfort and the bigest con is the shower (to small and old). The receptionist were very friendly and helpful. No parking and you have to pay twice to park at the street - pay the guardian and pay the meter. Weel located, you can walk to the museum, to the medina or to the beach.
Restaurant Tip : Nice Italian restaurant on the back of the hotel.
Excellent to dinner, the Hotel Tour de Hassan!
