Friendly, attentive employees. Could not fault.

Unfortunately, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom & the heater did not work. It was an older style hotel.

Good value, location and professional service

Kitchen was not well equiped, lacking spatula, serving spoon etc, dishcloths, dish cleaner & frying pan. Noisy, & old fittings, eg aicon, fan, fridge & toaster.
However staff were super efficient and rectified where possible with minimal delay, and provided a complimentary meal for inconvenience.
Central location and undercover parking & valet a big advantage.
1st level however resulted in traffic noise pollution at all hours.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel is on Red Tour bus route which resulted in easy cheap mobility, hop on and off to various attractions.

Travel for approximately 11.2km and merge onto De Waal Drive. Continue onto Nelson Mandela Boulevard. Travel for approximately 5km and continue onto Buitengracht Street.
