Dear Sir/Madam
I want to express my utmost disgusts and unsatisfactory dealing with you via the internet booking that I have made with your establishment:
1) When I have made the internet booking, I have clearly mentioned in the COMMENTS SECTION that I am travelling to Cape Town (nearly a 5 hour trip) to get plaster removed from my foot after a very serious operation 3 months ago.
2) On our arrival late the afternoon of the 29th we discover that the guesthouse was completely not appropriate for my special needs. There was about 40 stairs that I had to use before even getting to my room. This caused a tremendous problem, as I could not at all use the stairs. If it were not for a very compassionate and caring hostess that shuffled her other guest to different rooms in order to accommodate me - this would have resulted in a major problem. NOT FOR THE GUEST HOUSE - BUT FOR YOU AS BOOKING AGENT.
3) The hostess showed me the e-mail that she had sent to you, on receiving my booking (realizing the problem). She has asked you very directly to send my contact details to her so that she could correspond with me and make alternative arrangements - because she realized that with a foot in plaster I would not be able to use the stairs.
SHE IS STILL WAITING TO GET THE INFORMATION FROM YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4)I have learnt my lesson the very hard way about making bookings with agents, ESPECIALLY AGODA.COM It clearly shows that you are not at all interested in delivering a conscious service to your clients - but rather that the booking and the money coming in is of more importance.
5) My friend that went with me to support me - had such a nasty fall on the steps during our departure yesterday - she broke her ankle in two places. This resulted in such chaos that we spent most of the day at the Panorama Medi Clinic (in Cape Town) were they x-rayed the foot and put her in temporary plaster - in order for us to travel back to our home town (5hours on the

Head south and then make a slight left toward Airport Approach Road. Turn left onto Airport Approach Road and then travel for approximately 1.4km. Keep right at the fork and then merge onto Settlers Way/N2 via the ramp to Cape Town. Proceed for approximately 9.4km and then take exit 9 to merge onto M5 toward N1/Milnerton. Travel for approximately 6.6km and then turn left onto Boundary Road. Turn right onto Marine Drive and then continue onto Otto Du Plessis Drive. Proceed for approximately 7.1km and then turn left onto Marine Drive. Travel for approximately 1.3km and then at the roundabout, take the first (1st) exit onto Otto Du Plessis Road. Proceed for approximately 2.3km and then turn left onto Sir David Baird Drive. Your destination will be on the right hand side.
