Very disappointing hotel experience. Despite taking the time and trouble to meet with the manager, bad service continued and I chose not to stay there when my trip was extended. Not a word since from the hotel management.

Really nothing, it was the worst hotel ever. They gave us a terrible room and said that was because we booked through agoda. They refused to give us an invoice of stay for the same reason.!

Horrible. This hotel ruined our cape town experience. The tiny uncomfortable bed, the dirty sheets and towels (bad smell and hair!), the incidents of fraud the staff tried to throw us in were unbelievable. The hotel staff and management was the highest number of liars that i met in one place. Until today, we are waiting from them to give us a statement/invoice for our stay which they refuse because we booked via agoda. This is absurd abnd unacceptable. Prepaying has nothing to do with actually staying at the hotel unless they have some fishy accounting standards! The list is long .... In brief this hotel is a disgrace to cape town!

The room was quite large. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. Short walk to V&A Waterfront. Good value hotel for a first time visitor.
