Great stay totally ruined at checkout. I had to carry 8 bottle of wine down 7 floors into the parking lot after waiting for the concierge to pickup my luggage for 30 minutes. Subsequent to my wait the power went off so I had no option but to walk down with my heavy luggage.
I was terribly disappointed at finding out the reason why I waited so long was because a manager instructed my concierge to ignore my request without letting me know, the reason, which would have meant I took the walk while the elevator was still working.

This hotel is well situated only 2 blocks away, you can take the Hop in Hop off bus which can take u direct to the Table mountain cable station. The room is spacious with all facilities but aircon system is window type ie a bit noisy.
The busy Long street which is a night entertainment is not far away. From the hotel, u can see table mountain.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel offers easy access to Hop in Hop off bus which can take u to table mountain and over most tourist areas.

The concierge arent very helpful. The hotel is too expensive for the facilities. If you like the casino then this place may be the place for you.
Nightlife Tip:
Grab a free taxi shuttle to the casino from the airport. Will save you lots of money which you can spend over there.

Location is good but I was a little annoyed that the cleaner still went into my room despite the fact I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. I had put the DND sign cuz I was only there for 2 nights and did not need any change of sheets etc. I assumed no one will be entering my room with the DND sign and I had valuables including money lying around in the room. I was really shocked when I came back at 3pm and the cleaner was tidying my room and she told me her boss said she had to clean the room. I'm not sure which part of the 'Do not disturb' her boss did not understood.

I stayed here only one night but it was a great spacious room and connected to a good restaurant (though I didn't have a chance to sample it, it was packed with locals when I went out around dinner time).
Definitely recommend for mid-budget minded folks who want to be close to Long Street.
Staff was also exceedingly friendly.

had a good stay at hotel while in cape town. location was perfect for my holiday. hop-on-off city sightseeing bus stop is conveniently located right outside hotel door. buffet breakfast included in room rate was excellent value. check-in wasn't until a late 2pm. rooms were of a good size.

Had a good and comfortable stay on my second visit to this Hotel. The dining room manager recognised me from my earlier visit and sent me a special welcome pack. Very nice indeed!
