The room size, the room utilities, the great big bath next to the room. I could watch TV whilst soaking in.

I had a great time, the hotel is next to major routes, next to beach route next to airport route. The shopping mall is just a stone throw away.

We experienced limited service from the moment we arrived.
Did not assist us with our luggage. In penthouse main bedroom did not have cupboard in the roomfor my clothes.The cupboards were in the lounge how strange. No Shampoo for in the bathrooms and phone manager on duty and confirmed that they provide shampoo and houselady come up with soaps however no shampoo and mentioned they have run out. For the duration no shampoo was provided. No attention to detail.
Restaurant Tip:
Breaq.kfast average however lunch and dinner of high standard

Rooms spacious and self catering an added advantage. However, I would be nice if they can screen off the bathroom from the lounge for those guest who need more privacy.

I would go back any day! The entire staff was genuine, friendly and helpful. Right next to Century City and close enough to Cape Town center
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Stay off the road into Cape TOwn during peak time. Rather leave 1 or 2 hours earlier and get there in good time.

The hotel is well located close to the main motorways and shopping mall. The views of Cape Town are amazing, especially of Table mountain in the morning and evenings. There is free underground parking which is access controlled and security is visible. The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast menu to suit every families needs including children.

Very nice, designed place to stay. The rooms are very big, divided in 2 parts with a small balcony. Very clean and with very comfortable bed. Very good breackfast, excelent service. The hotel located in a new area and to visit the center car is needed. The WC door couldn't be closed well.
