Superb Location and service with a smile

The Location was superb .. close to all the beautiful bays surrounding the city area. The bedroom was spacious with good quality fixtures & fittings. The owner & manager were personable, friendly & made you feel welcome & at home.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at compass house, so much so, and noting as seasoned travellers, that it has changed our approach to our chosen hotel style for future trips. we usually enjoy staying at large deluxe hotels but our boutique experience was so enjoyable we will look to book smaller properties in future. we enjoyed the friendly approach of both the staff & guests. the location was superb, close to all of the beautiful bays / beaches that surround cape town city and the breakfast served each day was delicious !

Beautiful and very peaceful.

The view is out of this world, infinity pool and sun deck

I loved this place it was very relaxing and up market. Staff were terrific and helpful. Rooms well appointed with attention to detail. Really good continental breakfast. I thoroughly recommend a stay here but I do suggest a hire car to get around.

From Cape Town International Airport to Compass House: Head south and make a slight left towards Airport Approach Road. Make a slight left towards Airport Approach Road and turn left onto Airport Approach Road. Travel for approximately 1.4km and keep right at the fork . Merge onto Settlers Way/N2 via the ramp to Cape Town. Travel for approximately 11.2km and merge onto De Waal Dr ive. Continue onto Nelson Mandela Boulevard. Travel for approximately 3km and take the Strand Street exit. Merge onto Strand Street. Proceed for approximately 2.2km and continue onto High Level Road . Now travel for approximately 3.4km and turn right onto Avenue Fresnaye. Turn left onto Kloof Road and the destination will be on the right hand side.
