This is an absolute great hotel. From the moment you walk in the door the staff are freindly, accomodating and the decor is just great. The price is certainly way to cheap for the standard set by the hotel, it is an absolute steal!
We had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent, the prices are great for the quality food recieved and certainly NOT overpriced. The breakfast provided in the morning is great and the service provided during dinner and breakfast is excellent.
The room are great, decor, bed, size, bathroom are of top quality and can certainly not say that anything was wrong, missing or lacking.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

My family loved to stay at Upper Eastside Hotel. Even that the area is not the best in Cape Town, there is not any problem to stay there, only a few minutes by car from city bowl or Waterfront, once inside it is a great place, confortable, nice, safe and friendly enviroment. Good restaurant and secure parking. I will recomend this hotel and hope to stay there another time!
