the stay at the hotel was really amazing, and fantastic to stay at a very reasoble price as well. we were allocated to one of the units, which we found very convenient as we were able to work properly without being squeezed. i think they need to make the ironing facility easily accessible without having to que for it.

No view room if booked other than hotel reservations Desk The hotel was not bad. Break fast was of a five star level and the restaurant ambience is also very good. Staff service and attitude is Excellent. Hotel location is one of the ideal locations and parking is also available though its a bit cramped but its a blessing being in town however the hotel charges ZAR 55 per night for parking which is way too high. Rooms are Clean and tidy but the noise level is high, you can each and every word people speak in the corridor. there are no amenities in the wash room, no hand towels, no shower cap etc. Shower also needed some repairs. The size of the rooms is small but the bed is very comfortable and lightening is good. Overall its a fair value for money.
Hotel Feature Tip : This hotel does not gives out front facing rooms to the hotel booking agencies. However you can save a lot by booking from Agoda instead of the hotel directly. So if you want a view then you need to pay more.

Location if you are catching the train from Cape Town up to Johannesburg as it is right across from the station. As I was only there for 1 night I could not find any weaknesses. If you need to be located in the heart of the city of Cape Town this is the ideal hotel to use.
It appears as if it has newly been renevated as it really has a very modern feel to the decor.
If you enjoy walking it is about a 30 minute walk to the waterfront where you can reall spend a lovely time shopping and dining out as there are very many restaurants to choose from.
I was taking the Premier Classe train up to Johannesburg and the hotel is right oppoiste the train station so you do not need to worry about getting a taxi.
Hotel Feature Tip : Good location if you want to be in the heart of the city of Cape Town.

Good Central location, welcoming reception including refreshing welcome juice. Booked us in early after overnight flight which was greatly appreciate3d Got room looking into light well, small and gloomy though clean and comfortable Well located hotel with pleasant staff. Room fairly basic but clean and comfortable. Got room overlooking light well which was gloomy and a bit depressing but we did not spend too much time in room so not too upsetting.

Great room, great view, well located and excelent price! Can be little scarry on the top floor during windy nights because of the noise. Booked in Agoda because of the good price and the nice pictures it shows, but when I got there I couldn´t believe the room they gave me! Top floor with full kitchen (not that I used) and nice living room. The bedroom and bathroom were brand new. Big balcony with great view. The staff is very friendly and help me a lot to book the tour trips. Great breakfest also.
Restaurant Tip : Waterfront restaurants are great.

It's hard to find the garage with car and it can be quite noisy. Great place, but as already mentioned you can hear people wandering in the corridor quite well. Close to the museums.

Good position, large space of lobby, trainned services and cheap price. the space and shape for each room is different, cost for dinner is expensive. Many of my friends selected this hotel because of its large space of the lobby, good position and cheap price. I was also very satisfied with those features, especially the trained staff. Somethings that should be improved:1.The space and shape for each room is different; 2.Cost for dinner is expensive;3.Some electronic equipments in the room are out of order.

Very central to the economical price. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. One had to wait for the elevator incredibly long. Most of the times we gave up and took the stairs. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sightseeing-bus. Robin Island. Table Mounain. Shopping and restaurants at The Waterfront.

Very well located, with good service and good breakfast The rooms with the same classification have very different sizes, I was in very good quarter, with balcony and very spacious. But the other couple who made a booking with me, was in a room much smaller. I was very pleased with the choice of hotel. The location is excellent, very central, has a good view of the source and table mountain. It is close to a point in the tour bus and red near the Waterfront. The breakfast is very well served. The room I stayed is very spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a balcony with lovely views. I recommend to all, excellent cost benefit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : For those who like diving, it's worth diving into Aquarius along with the sharks. It was an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful renovation Breakfasts quality staff very friendly well managed parking Non soundproof pool inaccessible and too cold My stay at this hotel was very convenient, staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The recent renovation is very correct, the reception is successful. The hotel is located right in the center city but at the same time a few minutes (5 on average) of access roads. The solutions for Internet access (fee unfortunately) are simple and effective network (Hip). The flat is however due to non soundproof rooms, so that we understand everything that happens in the corridors.

Very convenient inside pocket of the city waterfront and easy to find Noisy no soundproofing windows Hotel easy access to parking easier with its underground car park, the fountain is a quality hotel with the same rate they negotiated a good deal given the breakfast included.
