Very clean neat & tidy flat with all amenities. Lovelly balcony with view of docks & city traffic -to see the city at work but not a scenic view. Flat can be noisy in the wind !

The property is conveniently located for access to the Convention Center. Being off the main roads it is not well served by passing taxis, although close to a freeway the romms get a lot of traffic noise. The staff are very friendly and the free internet is a plus. My room on the first floor had a pleasant balcony.

awful stay, bathroom was filthy, lots of mould and grime in shower.glasses and dishes in kitchen was dirty.Glasses had lipstick marks on it.Room not cleaned on time.Staff very inefficient.

This has been a very unpleasant stay overall. Cleanliness is very important to me.On a few occasions i found the dishes dirty, oil residue on plates an sideplates, lipstick marks on glasses etc.The bathroom by far was te worst.Dirt and grime build up made my skin cringe.Definitely not a hotel i will be usng in the future!!!!!
Apart from the fact that it is centrally located, there are no other positives fro this establishment.
