The check-in and check-out was fast. We asked the front office to help us print our online ticket for Table Mountain Cable way and they helped us with a smile.
Free wifi in the room is great and we love this hotel for that.
The location is really great. The train station is very closed. This hotel is within walking distance to the Company's Garden.

good location .. it's not far from downtown. you can walk from hotel to green market or water front around 10 - 20 min and railway station in 5 mins.
the breakfast was good. even the room is small but it's not too bad. the staff are so nice and helpful. you can ask some information with them. anyways, the house keeper forgot to clean up my room 2 times. they should improve ...

the stay was nice. service was nice but they had limited parking. they requested me to park my park my car a few blocks away from the hotel and walk back to the hotel. i wouldn't have a problem with it but it was raining like crazy and i did not prepare myself to to walk in the rain.

Very disappointed with the staff performance. some of them don't even know what they are doing. we extended our stay online and made payments accordingly. we had been asked by several different to check out before we are suppose to. even checking out we were invoiced for the extended stay. we had to wait half an hour in order for them to sort it out. We were told we had free parking and they tried to charge us for that as well. Consequently met some rude staff. not happy at all.
would not recommend this hotel to others
